Cancellation & Refund Policy

STAR LOGISTICS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• In case of any Refunds approved by the STAR LOGISTICS, it’ll take 16-30 Days days for the refund to be processed to the end customer. 

• Cancellation can be made post booking the service through the website within 3-4 days. We advise customers to  dully check the details before making any payments.

• Shipping : order booked with us. May Take 15-20 days post booking ,there may be delays based on the trucks and the weather conditions.
